The awards for games released in 2013 represent the twelfth year of the Indie RPG Awards. The market and development has changed a lot over that time. The winner of Best Game this year was the same as the Diana Jones Award winner - showing the continuing overlap of independent RPGs and the broader RPG trends. There are many other games in the award lists, though, that show a wide variety of design trends.
